This compact camera series has all the right stuff! High performance, rugged, and compact, these cameras measure only 0.8 inches square and incorporate the latest in multi-layer printed circuit board design and integration with Sony’s 1/3” SuperHAD CCD Chipset. All of these camera’s electronics are enclosed in an ultra-tough aluminum case, ensuring reliability in demanding covert, government/law enforcement, as well as internal commercial monitoring applications.
These cameras are a favorite of design engineers, including robotic and RC (radio controlled) enthusiasts. The Sony chipset produces a crisp 420 TVL picture with on board auto BLC (back light compensation) and automatically controlled auto-white-balance. The BLC function ensures the correct exposure of your subject during situations where you have a high amount of background light, such as doorway monitoring and other similar applications. You have your choice of three different lens options with this camera. The KPC-S20B is equipped with a standard 3.6mm micro lens, great for general security use.
The KPC-S20P3 incorporates a precision glass flat pinhole lens with a 92 degree field of view. The unique cone-pinhole on the KPC-S20P4 provides for fast and easy alignment of in covert installations. This series’ wide voltage tolerance (9~12VDC) and low current requirements ensure clear video and remarkable ease of install with nearly any length cable. This also allows for field use with battery powered installations. Camera comes complete with power and video cables, mounting bracket, mounting screws, and installation guide.
